Nexus MedAI Academy is our education pillar to train medical leaders who will shape AI‑driven healthcare. The curriculum spans three tiers: clinical AI literacy (foundations, bias, validation, regulation); applied practice (use‑case design, impact evaluation, dataset preparation, traceability and audit); and leadership & change management towards new roles and opportunities (start-up & scale‑up, health economics and data governance). The goal is to move from tool users to solution designers—professionals able to define real clinical problems, demand evidence, pilot methodically, and measure results.

Nexus connects directly with our venture builder portfolio, so learners can work on live cases from their clinical area of expertise —Ex: SAMIA, CDS in autoimmunity, and other projects—completing the loop from bedside need to measurable impact. Mentorship from our multidisciplinary team and stakeholder network ensures relevance and translational power.

We focus on DTx because they address three persistent gaps in care: adherence and self-management, dynamic personalization to a patient’s phenotype and trajectory, and continuous measurement of real-world outcomes (clinical metrics, patient‑reported outcomes, and utilization). From day one, we design integrated clinical workflows into hospital systems, keeping clinicians in control through a human‑in‑the‑loop approach.

Our venture pathway uses staged development with transparent go/no‑go gates—problem definition, data feasibility, technical exploration, AI development, clinical validation, health‑economics analysis, regulation, commercialization, and post‑market monitoring—reducing risk while accelerating time‑to‑value.
