3) Scope of Services & Eligibility

The Website describes our venture‑builder activities in digital health and medical AI, selected portfolio projects, and education offerings for healthcare stakeholders. It is intended primarily for professional and institutional audiences (B2B). No patient portal or consumer medical service is provided at bluemedtech.AI.

Eligibility: you must be 18+ to enter into contracts. If you are under 14, do not submit personal data to us.

4) No Medical Advice; Responsible Use of AI; Regulatory Status

Informational only: Content on the Website is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No emergency use: Do not use the Website for medical emergencies. Call local emergency services.

Human‑in‑the‑loop: Any AI tools referenced are assistive and designed to support—not replace—clinicians.

Regulatory status: Solutions described may be in R&D and are not medical devices unless expressly stated. Where applicable, conformity with EU MDR/IVDR and CE‑marking will be indicated.

Data protection primarily follows GDPR/LOPDGDD. If we act for US partners, HIPAA obligations would apply under a separate BAA in addition to GDPR.

The information, tools, and case studies described on this Website are intended solely for educational and research purposes among qualified healthcare professionals. They do not replace independent clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or national/international regulatory requirements.


Any AI-assisted or digital health solution mentioned must be validated locally and used under the supervision and responsibility of the clinician. Bluemedtech S.L. assumes no liability for diagnostic, therapeutic, or decision-making processes based on informational content provided herein.

Participation in educational programs does not grant authorization to use AI systems in clinical care without appropriate institutional approval and compliance with applicable medical device regulations.

5) Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR/LOPDGDD)

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU GDPR and Spain’s LOPDGDD. No data mining/scraping for AI/ML model training without our prior written permission.

Trademarks: Our names and logos are trademarks of Bluemedtech S.L. Do not use without permission.

8) Acceptable Use; Security & Misuse

You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, send spam, or violate others’ rights. Please notify us promptly of any suspected security issue.

9) Service Availability; Changes; Force Majeure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without liability. We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

10) Third‑Party Links & Content

Links to third‑party sites or services are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or policies.

11) Commercial Communications

We will not send electronic commercial communications without prior consent or an existing customer relationship for similar products/services. Every message will include a simple opt‑out..You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the AEPD: https://www.aepd.es.

12) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. The Website is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

No medical liability. We are not responsible for decisions made based on Website content; seek professional advice.

For B2B users, Bluemedtech’s aggregate liability related to the Website will not exceed the amounts actually paid (if any) for services associated with the Website in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, willful misconduct). Consumer mandatory protections prevail where applicable.

13) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Bluemedtech S.L. harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction; ODR (if B2C)

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For business users, the courts of Barcelona (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and competent courts of your residence apply. If we offer consumer online sales, you may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
